很難都照顧到他們
20個的感覺就輕鬆很多
也感覺較有效率
我喜歡第二個安排,
回覆刪除因為人少d,照顧學生差異比較容易。
第一個安排需要兩個教師互相合作,這會較費時。
I choose the second one. As different teachers have different teaching style or method, it is absolutely hard to follow others flow in the lesson. Maybe you can communication first, but I guess no teacher would like to compromise with other teacher for every lesson in details. It is not efficient at least!!
回覆刪除但是仍有不少學校是行第一種模式的，昨天便上了兩個這樣的課。
回覆刪除其實我覺得教師會很疲累，可能是我已非年輕人。
我就選1，因為一個老師可以demo，一個老師可以個別照顧學生，我現在一個人做這兩個工作有點分身不來。（我的班是40人左右的）
